1. Where We Ship From
All Nissh products are manufactured and shipped from Hungary.
2. Shipping Options
We currently ship within the European Union via GLS courier service. Estimated delivery time after your order has been shipped: 1-10 business days depending on destination.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order is shipped.
3. Production Time
All Nissh products are made to order. Production times vary depending on current order volume and individual fine-tuning on each design — every build is adjusted to ensure the best possible fit. We operate with a single 3D printer, which means production capacity is limited and any equipment downtime directly affects timelines.
We will communicate delays proactively. You will receive an email when production begins and another when your order is shipped.
Force majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including equipment failure, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or pandemics — production and delivery times shall be extended accordingly. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination within the EU. All applicable costs are displayed before payment is confirmed.
5. Risk of Loss
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Nissh bears the risk during transit — if your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, we will resolve the issue with GLS directly.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage (both the packaging and the product) and contact us immediately at contact@nissh.gg with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
