Returns & Refunds
1. Custom Products — No Withdrawal Right
Every Nissh One is manufactured to the customer's individual specifications — your chosen shape, contour positions, grip mode, and color are unique to your order.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
You are informed of this exemption before placing your order. Production begins shortly after order confirmation, which is why custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned due to a change of mind.
2. Warranty Claims (Jótállás)
All Nissh products come with a 2-year mandatory warranty under Hungarian Government Decree 93/2024. During the first year, the burden of proof lies with us — any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
To file a warranty claim, contact us at contact@nissh.gg with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect
- A description of the issue
3. Repair or Replacement
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost, including return shipping. You may choose between repair and replacement, provided your choice is not disproportionate to the other option.
If two repair attempts fail to resolve the defect, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund.
4. Design Variations
Due to the nature of 3D printing, minor variations in shape, surface texture, and color compared to the builder preview are normal and expected. These are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not considered defects. We aim to match your configuration as closely as the process allows.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, contact us at contact@nissh.gg as soon as possible. Cancellation is only possible if production has not yet started. Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled (see Section 1).
6. Refund Process
Where a refund is applicable (e.g., successful warranty claim or cancellation before production), refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
